Aldo G. Reyes is an attorney-at-law by profession having been called to the Bar in 2006. Aldo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida and thereafter pursued law at BPP Law School in London and at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. Upon being called to the Bar, Aldo initially worked with and became a partner at Glenn D. Godfrey & Company until he established his own law firm, Reyes Retreage LLP in 2012. Aldo practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a significant involvement in the financial services industry.
He was also a prior member of the Executive Committee of BIFSA and has served on other Boards such as:
• Multiple time Executive Member of the Bar Association of Belize
• Director of Heritage Bank and Heritage International Bank and Trust
• Director of Kolbe Foundation, Belize Central Prison
• Chairman, Board of Tax Appeals
• Chairman, Customs Tariff Board
