Ava began her career in the International Financial Services Industry in Belize in 1997 when she joined the team at Belize Corporate Services Limited (BCSL), one of Belize’s leading corporate service providers and the company that incorporated the first IBC in Belize.  BCSL is a member of the BCB Holdings group, a company whose ordinary shares are currently traded on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange and also on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.   Since 2007, she has been the Manager at BCSL and is a member of its board of directors.

Ava received her Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP as well as the International Compliance Association’s Certificate in Anti Money Laundering Awareness.  She also successfully completed the American Bankers Association’s course in Marketing Financial Services.
